RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@monlice.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 

Conditions for Return

  • The items must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Ensure that all labels are intact. 

  • Please make sure you have the original receipt.

 

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@monlice.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Package the item securely, ensuring it meets the conditions outlined above.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 23 business days for the refund to be processed.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. 

 

Important: return shipping costs are at customer’s responsibility. 

Please note: if the returned item has been worn, we won’t be able to process the return.
