SHIPPING POLICY

All orders come straight from Zurich, Switzerland and are sent via Swiss Post.

 

Please give us 1-2 business days to process your order before it’s on its way, except business days and bank holidays. 

This period includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

 

Transit Time

Count transit time from when your order hits the road, not when you placed it. Add an extra 48 hours for processing. 

 

Tracking your Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with the details and a tracking number.

Your shipping costs are worked out at checkout based on where you are and the method you choose.

If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, we’ll get things rolling on the next business day.

 

Unexpected Delays

Sometimes delays happen, and we can’t control that. We’re committed to getting our order as fast as we can.

Taxes and Duties

International packages may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, which are not included in the order cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by monlice. Customs departments routinely hold international parcels for inspection and tax assessment, which may cause delivery delays. If this occurs, your customs department will contact you for payment.

For precise information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Please note that if a parcel is returned to us because the recipient refused to pay customs taxes and duties, we do not refund the shipping cost. We will only refund the cost of the jewelry once the order has been safely returned to our office.
